How long will my order take to be delivered?

Veritas pride ourselves on the quality of garments and embellishment. We do not just print large version jpegs onto shirts – every design is recreated to be printed or embroidered professionally. To achieve this, a certain degree of proofing is required – and this is the most time consuming element of the ordering process. Turn around time can be up to 2 weeks, but a lot less in most cases.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, 1. However when you only order one garment there are additional setup and artwork charges, which can make ordering 1 garment quite expensive.

What if I can’t draw, but have an idea for a t-shirt that I want printing?

Our in house design department just need an idea, and they will turn it into a great fun funky design. So if it’s a lemon riding a bicycle, just ask – you’ll be surprised how great your ideas can become.

What if my order cannot be done exactly as I want it?

No money is taken until we confirm that your exact requirements can be met. What we will do is contact you and offer alternative suggestions, and leave it up to you to decide whether or not you are happy to go with them.

Can you print photographs?

Yes, however each order is taken on it’s own merits and is taken on a case by case basis. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to discuss further.

I’ve ordered the wrong size, can you replace my garment with the correct size?

Once a garment has been decorated they cannot be returned, therefore it is imperative that you order the correct size, if you are unsure call us for guidance.

How do I find the product I am looking for?

Use the navigation links at the top or on the left of each page. Alternatively, use the search box at the top left of each page.

What happens if I wish to return something?

Do you supply samples?

Yes. All samples are charged in full and refunded upon return. This does not include personalised samples which are non-returnable.

Do your prices Include VAT?

Yes. All prices are shown with VAT. You can view your VAT breakdown when you progress through to the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using most credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Will you send me junk emails?

Certainly not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you request it at the point of registering or ordering.

How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already dispatched or embellished the product. If you wish to cancel, please contact us. If you have already received the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. However, if the garment is embellished, we do not accept returns!
